Method: 1.Break cauliflower into florets, place in large bowl 2. Cover cauliflowers well with Oliver oil 3. Add in all the spices and seasoning coating the cauliflower well 4. Pour in cornflour and coat well. 5. Place cauliflower in a raised rack and bake in the middle shelf of oven on 220c for 15 minutes 6. Turn cauliflower over and back for another 15 minutes. 7. Warm up Vi Sweet & Sauce in a sauce pan or microwave 8. Pour sauce over the baked cauliflower or served on the side as a dip if you prefer the cauliflower to remain crispy.
