All our sauces are low in sodium for the health conscious. If you like a slightly saltier taste feel free to add in a pinch of salt or teaspoon of fish or light soya sauce to taste.
If the heat is too much add in a teaspoon of sugar or 2 tablespoons of our Vietnamese Sweet & Sour Sauce. Alternatively use half a packet of sauce and 4 tablespoons of water to dilute.
