  • Vietnamese Stir-In Sauce Serves 1 to 2. Kitchen to Table in 10 to 15 minutes

    1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and stir fry 2-3 portions of cubed mixed vegetables, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and simmer for 3-5 minutes (to taste).
    2. Stir in the Vietnamese  Stir-In Sauce and bring to a simmer
    3. Serve hot with rice, noodles or chips. Vietnamese Curry Stir-In Sauce is also good with Tofu, Pork, Beef, Prawns, Chicken, or on its own served hot over your rice, chips or noodles for quick delicious snack.
  • All our sauces are low in sodium for the health conscious. If you like a slightly saltier taste feel free to add in a pinch of salt or teaspoon of fish or light soya sauce to taste. For those who like a bit more heat to their dish, we recommend adding a pinch of chilli flake or teaspoon of chilli sauce.
