1. Cancel  Order

After the order is paid successfully, the user can check the order status in the account order details.

If the order has not been packed for shipment, you can cancel the order in the account order details.

After the order is cancelled, the payment will be refunded to your payment account in full within 1-2 business days.

2. 7 Natural Days Return Guarantee

Our returns are valid until 7 natural days after the item arrives.

If you have received the item for more than 7 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange service.

Brand new products purchased on our website that do not affect secondary sales.

Returns can be returned by contacting customer service within the validity period of the return.(returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to man-made and external reasons, etc.) 

For returns due to defective/damaged/missing items/wrong items, the shipping fee will be borne by Vi-kitchen.com.

If there is no product quality problem, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

3. Under what circumstances can I return the product?

If you find a quality issue within 7 natural days of receiving the cheese slicer product, please contact us by emailing [email protected].

Returns can be made after the return request is confirmed.
The cheese slicer must be in new condition.
Items of cheese slicer must include the original packaging.

We do not charge a relisting fee.


Please be sure to contact us prior to returning an item or it will not be processed.

If there is no product quality issue, due to the customer’s personal reasons, such as not liking/wrong color etc., the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

Vi-kitchen.com is responsible for returns due to defective/damaged/lost/wrong items and return shipping costs will be borne by Vi-kitchen.com.

To return an item, please contact us at [email protected] prior to returning the item, stating the reason for the return and providing an invoice or picture to confirm the order number.

Once the return request is confirmed, please return the item to the return address.

5. Return Packaging Requirements

Please return our cheese slicer products in the original packaging when returning to ensure that the product is not easily broken during transportation.

We will check the product carefully after receiving the courier and if there is no damage to the product, we will arrange a refund for you.

6. Refund

Once the returned item arrives at Vi-kitchen.com ’s warehouse and is successfully inspected, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
