1.Which regions support delivery

For all US orders, we ship from 245 Palisade Ave, 34, Bridgeport, Connecticut, and currently only support orders in the continental US.

2.Order processing time and delivery time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are not scheduled to be shipped and delivered on holidays and weekends.

Our cheese slicer products are uniformly packed in waterproof cartons, please check carefully after you receive the goods, and contact us directly if there is any problem.

Unclaimed Orders

Unclaimed, undeliverable packages due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We are not responsible for this and do not process return requests.
